jhd51, if what many of us think COOP cannot own ANYTHING from the former estate according to Amended POR 7 signed on 2/23/2012 UNLESS they pay for it...

AND yes, that payment to the timely signed releasers by 3/2012 MAY BE IN PLAY AS WE SPEAK...so we shall see within the next two weeks or any day if, in fact, it is in play or not

If JPM is going to service COOP mortgages, it is obvious they will be buying COOP. Why else would COOP do this? Makes no sense.

Escrows to be paid soon. IMO.
