#451634 RE: hankmanhub #451629

As much as everyone wants to know “when” they’re not going to tell us. Period. Not going to happen. We know the trail didn’t fail, they’re not stupid nor are they crooks no matter who tries to make people feel otherwise. That concept is stupid, not just silly. They’re poring money into manufacturing and into consultants who are guiding them in this as it will be huge news and the ramifications are endless if they say something that appears forward thinking at this stage. They’re not going to say what journal, what part of the process they’re in, nothing other than things that have actually happened outside of the trial.

So, in my perspective there are only 2 ways to see this; 1. They know the trial failed, are scrambling to find a way to save it, and are so stupid they’re expanding the FlaskWorks system so they can use it for 40 patients/mo. In one little country. That story has no legs at all. 2. They’re working to build a consensus, writing their BLAs/MAAs, expanding FlaskWorks so it’s ready before the fall and perfect timing for approvals, in the Peer Review process as we speak with the journal I think it will land in. This last particular part is key because if we’re there then it’s going to be fairly soon.

When investing in an early stage biotech, especially this one, one has to understand completely the technology, the environment they’re in, the reasoning behind things that are not explicitly evident, etc. It’s a calculated risk and there’s no way around that. Look no further than any biotech who expected to have great results, said so, then they didn’t. The shorts are going to hang themselves. Maybe tomorrow
