I am not aware of Yihao having carte blanche in regard to Liquidmetal IP. Yihao can't make you a Liquidmetal part all on their own. Even if you approached them and asked for a contract they would have to go to Liquidmetal to get a license to manufacture using Liquidmetal's formulas. Thus, even if someone did what you suggest LMT would get paid.
