Exactly!! And if Apple wants to use the liquidmetal branding they would have to go directly through LQMT USA with a contract.

Read the thread. I t was argued that if Apple used only CIP technology then Apple can do whatever they want. In that case, Apple can grant Yihao a license to do the manufacturing.
