If Apple uses BMG that implements only CIP technology as covered by the PLA, then Apple doesn’t need LQMT. If Apple uses BMG that isn’t covered by the PLA, then the territorial exclusivity is invoked, and LQMT is left out in the cold. There are more ways for LQMT to get nothing from Apple using BMG, than for LQMT to profit. Anyone who blindly believes it is simple (“ain’t rocket science”) hasn’t thought it through.
