LTG, I would call but I have zero expectations that they give a crap. Which is nuts because the platform is their key to retaining a customer base. I figure they'll say the problem is on my end.
Their only level II platform that worked and was somewhat stable - their Market Trader (and it didn't do pinks) - has been "improved" and is now as worthless as their Power Etrade Pro (which used to rock until it became unstable a few months ago).
What a bunch of monkeys. I am definitely in the market for a new online broker for my daily trading -
