all I can tell you is, if you have etrade you better get on the phone with the tech department asap and start complaining about the crappy level 2 for the new platform.

Some otc stocks work fine but 3 that I watch do not.

They are going to have the new platform running on the 22nd and you may not have any level 2 for this stock unless they get a move on this. I will be calling back in 2 days to the same person to get an update.
