In addition, to the issue of the courts in our case disregarding Hazel-Atlas, this article appears to signal a split among the Circuits in terms of what constitutes fraud on the court. Perhaps this case presents an opportunity for the SCOTUS to definitively define the standards governing fraud on the court.
