Marjac, I fully understand that you live and work under the legal system in your country - and can only go 'this far' - in your criticism.
I'm a lay person living in another Country - don't have these considerations. ------------------------
What I find sad - is that such a great imitative - You happen to be in a position to 'take on this great task' - and through months of communication and common ground - building a impressive team around the idea - which ended in the filing.
You achieved to actually being granted Orals in the AP court - did a fantastic job in presenting/defending the Case in the Orals - and then just being Denied - for reasons that can only be determined as 'deep political corruption' (AP Judges manipulating the Case - to AGAIN be on the appeal - to just AGAIN protect their 'fellow democratic appointee in Nevada.
Looking isolated of this incident - you could just as well have been presenting in a "Court" in Russia - Turkey - China.
Only difference - in a couple of those Countries - you might not have benne available for contacts afterwards.
After all you seem reasonable alright' - have eaten and everything - living where you are in NY :)
