I agree with you, Jas, the denial here is outrageous. Lawlessness prevailing over law. We still have a couple cards to play against the generics, including a Petition for Certiorari (admitted long odds of success), and a consumer fraud class action after Dr. Mason hopefully reveals that the generics are ripping off the public with an inferior product.
