...there's been no indication from the company that they would delist their common stock and there's absolutely no reason for them to do so. On the other hand, the company has regularly missed their filing deadlines along with the extensions. Some SEC rules changes were enacted last September that make it more difficult for OTC markets to ignore late filers. I suspect this is a way for the company to head off any adverse consequences if they once again don't meet their filing deadline. JMO
