They’re filing to deregister their shares from SEC. Meaning no more audits or regulatory oversight. Instead they’ll be a non-reporting pink sheet. They’ll only have to submit the most basic reports to OTCM, and as you know OTCM is not a regulator, but if they do not comply with amended Rule 15c-211 they will no longer be eligible for quotation on the OTCM.
It’s exactly what Omni filed (Form 15) before they went dark.

They are now what you call a stinky pink.
