Yes, this is what actually happened in the non-pediatric Rett clinical trial, for which the results were recently revealed.

All were statistically significant, and targeted endpoints were reached. Everything else is murky message board chatter, none of which will or need be considered by the FDA when they make their blarcamesine approval decision.
