Reasonable theories are considered plausible when at least 2 people agree, see the same thing, and concur on the fundamentals. As I read his stuff I think His general idea is that the money is being managed by by 3rd and 4th parties which we all agree on generally speaking, but then he gets specifically wrong as to when and where this money is and nobody I've seen on the board has spoken up in support of his specifics.

I feel fortunate to have been instructed many decades ago to be generally correct in my assertions rather than specifically wrong and it works. You know, people develop respect for those who they can rely on and being specifically wrong in an effort to be perfectly right is a common error.
