Morgan did, Thankfully, "Assign" the Judgement back to her:
Glad he did, and giving him due credit for at least that.
Now let's see what she does with it. She is the rightful owner.
First thing she is doing, is trying to unravel the "Satisfaction" of the Judgement that Morgan filed without her consent, allegedly. He's not Guilty of wrongdoing yet, so the court will decide. She would have liked for the Court to have Voided the Satisfaction immediately, in my opinion, but it seems that the Court requires a "Hearing" to do that. (Vacate and Void the "Satisfaction.")
So that has created a delay because the Courts don't do anything at the snap of a finger. Hearing is 4/22/22.
I too am anxious to hear what she says "Now" to us shareholders.
Kman, you seem knowledgeable as evidenced through the post I'm replying to. What is hard here is that almost none of us, including myself, are Attorneys of any sort. We don't specialize in this. Most aren't versed in legal terms. Most don't know what a Judgement is, an Assignment is, a Satisfaction is, what Joint and Several means, etc.
Anyone that wants, look at the documents yourself. You will see much more nuance and conversations discussing Morgan's efforts, Margaret's efforts, and this situation than are being discussed here. Several of the things I've said here are almost word for word in the documents, as I don't make things up.
Feel bad for all of us honestly. Expressing my Opinions. Not financial advice. Respects. hl
