Actually is does plenty good. Someone was kind enough to post the actual judgement mw has agains CUBV and Alex. It is marked “jointly and severally” which means either Alex or CUBV is on the hook for the whole amount. Alex has about 500 million shares currently valued at 1.7 million. Since MW already has a judgement very little needs to be done judicially other than appointing a receiver to sell Alex’s shares and take the money. She is playing games or getting awful legal advice. Either way if she doesn’t do what I suggested she exposes herself to a lot more liability for breach of fiduciary responsibility which will likely be upwards to a million if this litigation delayed or disrupted the R/M. I would like to assume she is smarter than that but money makes people do stupid things.
