Remember, we don't know if his "established wrongdoing" is going to result in anything for him, or where the DOJ is with his case, if anywhere.

What I do know is this...she won a Judgement that is against CUBV.
Do I want Alex to pay his portion? Of course, if that's possible.
Would I rather see CUBV pay the debt, and see a Merger. Yes, especially if it's the only way for the Candidate to get on board.
Alex might have a bunch of shares, but right now his check won't clear.
