Alex does have the means to pay the judgment in full as he is the proud owner of about 518 million shares currently valued at approximately 1.7 million. File a proceeding against Alex, should be a slam dunk considering wrongdoing was already established, enter summary judgement, apply for a receiver, sell portion of the stock to cover. Not quite sure why MW has not done that yet unless she has an ulterior motive. And if she does have an ulterior motive, that will certainly conflict with her fiduciary responsibilities and a direct violation of the business judgment rule. She better come clean because I hear the war drums beating from a distance at this point.
