On 06/07/19 Judgment was entered against Alex Procopio and CUBV , jointly and severally in the amount of $282,085. CUBV has been formally released from liability regarding this judgment. Now we can concentrate on completing our merger. Stay tuned

Most of you are aware of the the amended Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 15c2-11 roll out next Monday, September 28, 2021. We want to assure our shareholders that CUBV is in full compliance with all SEC and OTC regulations regarding this amendment.

Unfortunately, calls and emails are being ignored. Information re: CUBV will be posted for public knowledge only. That being said, we have a meeting this week between attorneys regarding a POTENTIAL merger. That is all we can say at this time.

I should clarify, I will be seeking merger with a lithium extraction technology company. This will most likely require another trip to the Salton Sea which I will make next week. I pray it's not blistering hot out there
