Now it appears that all objective references to the merger on the CUBV twitter account have been deleted... Looks as if the deal is now dead RIP IMO

Edit: The only posts that remain are those that are subjective talking about merger negotiations. Everything that was more objective such as, "we are waiting on litigation..." "The matter is to our attorneys..." has been deleted
