All speculation. A lot people ASSUME that CYDY is in a quiet period. But there is nothing that suggest this is so or not so.
The simple fact is the company has nothing to report. They are facing serious investigations per the 10Q and are (or should be) advised to keep public statements to a minimum to zero until such time that actual reportable data comes up per law or SEC regulations.
In other words time to operate like a real company or CYDY will be feeding the investigations.
I like the quite period because we all know if NP conducts a CC the SP drops 10-15% that’s just a fact . Any CC that doesn’t announce a partnership , approval or blockbuster results will bottom out this stock. The ace in the hole has always been LL and with this drug anything is possible and something really big could be brewing or really bad. At this point we don’t know as far as any ongoing criminal investigation into CyDy that also remains to be seen. Should be a very interesting year in CyDy land . My money is on LL and that will not change so the waiting game continuous . The more I read about Sidley the more I like they could be just the tonic we need ! Circle the wagons as the war rages on.
