I think an NDA is an NDA. He said he can't release more info. I hear some entitlement and frustration on this board. I want the deal to close too because its been a long wait, but there is an agreement to withhold information that we were made aware of on Nov. 23. That is what I have to go on. As outsiders looking in, nobody has a clue wth is going on in those meetings, so how can you demand information unless you are just being emotional?
