I think an NDA is an NDA. He said he can't release more info. I hear some entitlement and frustration on this board. I want the deal to close too because its been a long wait, but there is an agreement to withhold information that we were made aware of on Nov. 23. That is what I have to go on. As outsiders looking in, nobody has a clue wth is going on in those meetings, so how can you demand information unless you are just being emotional? He tweeted since then saying he has had other meetings. NDA NDA
