A JPEX reverse split will happen. No merger will happen anyway.

The insiders have their interest in mind no one else.

smartstocklover76, that's what I thought as well. A possible reduction
in shares, but maybe that is to come later upon consummation of this merger~? 200-220K shares~?

There should be one, since a split financially makes no sense and couldn't be done until after 2 years after the merge anyways. I expect to hear something along the lines of a share retirement.
