Realistically they only need to take out 25-35% off the share structure. But a reverse split is definitely out of the question and shouldn't be in question since they are sitting on a surplus, reverse splits are used for many things, just as forward splits, one takes away to force the price higher, and one gives to make the price more attainable and lower.
