On July 19, 2021, Judge Davila issued this order:

Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Vedanti Licensing Limited, LLC (“Vedanti”) and Google LLC (“Google”) stipulate that:

(1) Vedanti consents to dismissal with prejudice of all claims against Google that it raised or could have raised in this suit.

Fun facts:

1) "with prejudice" means Vedanti is barred from pursuing this claim again
2) Google is seeking costs against Vedanti (just like it won against MAXD) and Judge Davila has yet to issue an order on that.

Probably Vedanti quickly gave up this foolish lawsuit because it realized it was a lost cause, and pursuing it would only increase the amount of money it would owe Google.

The fact that you seem unaware that these documents are only available with subscription accounts (and not via anonymous links) indicates you haven't even bothered to read anything about the lawsuit before spreading the wild lies that it was still active & would result in money for either Vedanti or MAXD.

What specific company are you referring to that lost its patent lawsuit against Google in 2021?

Can you please provide a specific link to that court ruling so I can read it? I haven't seen anything yet.

I have yet to find any ruling concerning the patent infringement case filed by VLL against Google.
