Okay, thanks much, I was unaware of that. I guess that govinfo site doesn't provide all the details of the case. I've never used that Pacer site. I primarily follow SEC filings for information as I'm always looking out for convertible debt, joint ventures, partnerships, etc.
So why didn't you guys post about that ruling back in July, instead of leaving the board in the dark? What a perfect way to prove your point about what's going on. Why the silence? I checked back to that time frame and didn't see anything.
Instead, all we typically ever hear is "scam", "scam", "scam", over and over again. How does that help potential investors make a concrete investment decision?
