What specific company are you referring to that lost its patent lawsuit against Google in 2021?

Can you please provide a specific link to that court ruling so I can read it? I haven't seen anything yet.

I have yet to find any ruling concerning the patent infringement case filed by VLL against Google.

I’m pretty sure you can run a patent search and see Max Sound listed on like 6-7 patents. This is the first time I’ve heard anyone question that they don’t own the patents.
