I concede that Calabria did not contest the enbanc ruling. But could he logically tell SCOTUS Justices that he was above them and immune from the court system as long as his wards were in conservatorship, as previously argued? He didn't withdraw from any other suits which disproves any intent on his part to see justice for his wards and/or their shareholders.
The 11,000 documents are under judicial seal only at the request of Treasury and FHFA. If Calabria and Mnuchin had withdrawn this request, there wouldn't be an "evil hedge fund" narrative.
