sts66, This is confusing (standing or not) - for lay persons like me also.

Laurent posted a great overview of the Appeal process here some days ago (the link below).

Looking at this - and Marjac in fact making it to Orals - I will take it EPADI has been proven to have Standing' or case would not have gotten this far in the process.

Look at Point 3 in the Schematic at bottom of PDF (scroll down) - to me logic will seem to be here the 'Standing or Not' is decided. The Case being aloud to proceed its 'passed the Standing evaluation'.

Law pro's please correct me if I'm wrong ?

To answer your question, there's an oral hearing scheduled for February in which the appellate court will hear the appeal of Judge Don't ruling of denial of rule 24 standing. According to marjac the court may address the rule 60 issues as well.
