So Sharp said he was going to be surprised if this wasn’t QB by the end of Nov. He then had to walk that one back. They didn’t actually submit the certification until Dec 22. Did George not know that is kinda how it works?

And Foote is paying this guy $30K PER MONTH plus stock…???
