More than a little suspicious. George obviously isn't very forthright--he clearly knew the situation.

It's the same with George saying to shareholders that he didn't tell them in advance of the reverse split because telling them, "would have created mass panic...Many of you would have sold at $0.40 [$1.60 RS adjusted] so we we saved a lot of you from yourself"

or "If You’re Worried About Dilution, Don’t Be"
