Why are you having to suspect anything when you should just know? Conflicts of interest should be addressed forthrightly and who they are being resolved in favor of explained in clear terms. Better still is to avoid those conflicts altogether.
Gary, I'm coming at it from the other end: some have been claiming that at present Advent is profiting from the use of Sawston for 3rd party business without compensating NWBO. I posit that is absurd, that it would be theft and/or fraud unless it's limited to non-material amounts of say less than $500. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Furthermore, if there were any such theft of facilities going on I highly doubt that LP would brazenly highlight such an arrangement in NWBO PRs. IMO that whole claim doesn't pass the idiot test.
