I don't doubt that LP is set up to profit on Advent, but as an attorney I doubt very much that what she's done is illegal, and I would suspect that if the company was forced to do all the work they're doing themselves, they'd need to do a great deal of additional fundraising.

My point is that what LP has done does have benefits for NWBO, as well as for LP. If once revenue justifies NWBO or a partner wishes to take over all production I've got to believe they'll have a vehicle for doing it.

I haven't been involved in NWBO that long, but I suspect that their relationship with Advent and Cognant saved substantial expenses for NWBO during the trials. With the FlaskWork device the whole ball game will be changing, let's see what happens as it becomes qualified for making our products.
