Did your system auto update to win11?

Under windows start>tools>services ...

Depending on your windows, any service that is followed by this ending will not be allowed to be altered at all. ex: UdkUserSvc_4234d. Perhaps a registry edit.
Almost all services can be altered in registry, but this is not advisable for anyone who is not thoroughly familiar with the registry itself.

These are services I've been disabling for years without damage, but windows still finds a way.
I also disable any MS store crap and all telemetry and biometric services possible. None have effected my running of the system to this day. Telemetry and biometric services tend to be entirely internal system programs by windows to scan and check your personal computer, ostensibly for security reasons and updates.

Update Orchestrator Service - stays disabled
Windows Insider Service - stays disabled
Windows Update - this service disabled in services window, however randomly gets reset without any updates done.
Windows Update Medic Service - will not allow change except to stop and manual, but restarts on boot.
Microsoft Update Health Service - this service has stayed disabled.

I don't think I've seen any unknown action since and when going to settings and looking at the landing page I don't see any little red blinkies either. Clicking on windows update from that page as if just to open the info page itself will let windows try to call home automatically so I don't go beyond that.
