SHMP can put out a PR, based on truth or fiction, any time it wants to or needs to.

Uplisting is a NaturalRedherring. SHMP needs an R/S to avoid running out of authorized shares. The "uplisting" is just an excuse for an R/S.

But as you and I both know, SHMP can't do sh_t while its share structure is in a state of near chaos.

I'm betting that a pump comes first.
