It will be driven by a perceived Nasdaq listing.

Virtually every company that moves for an uplist sees signficant downward pressure going into the uplist for 2 reasons.

First, a reverse split would be required.

Second, institutional investors hedge into an uplist using the following mechanism.

Short into financing.
Cover short by getting an allocation on the financing.

After the financing for the uplist is completed, stock should rise.
