Who cares if Walther is broke? Nothing else in that post is either accurate or relevant to the present situation.

Interesting that you would say Walther is broke!!? It could be that he "willingly" converted the $550,000.00 IFUS owed him to Preferred shares so that he could plead poverty in court in an effort to avoid paying any money to Mr. Adelstein. IFUS might want to consider this scenario; suppose the court orders Walther to surrender, in lieu of money, all of his Preferred shares to Adelstein as just compensation?
