A loan shark gives bad terms. These are not bad terms, hence not a loan shark. For the circumstance these terms are standard.

This line of questioning is all ass backwards. AF throws out a baseless accusation and points to a lawsuit and now the theme is we have to prove why this isn't a toxic loan situation. First, show us how this is a toxic loan. Hint, pointing to a prior legal action that has nothing to do with this loan is not proof of anything. That would be striken as irrelevant and prejudicial.

So, before we get 10 more people echoing AF and asking us to disprove why this isn't toxic...how bout you show us how it is toxic by comparing loans to other companies in similar situations. Spoiler, you won't be able to show it is toxic.
