Hoffmann, dislike this phrase but "it is what it is". Certainly most on this board would have preferred a stronger lender name. That being said, the terms seem acceptable, and apparently the lender has concluded nwbo is a safe/worthwhile risk for his capital. Waiting for TLD. Regards.
