Agree with everything you just said sentiment.

Only thing I'd add is that page 14 advertisement that was linked earlier today was from 2 months ago and had the same language as the tote bag which would mean FDA approval in 4 months, not 6. Thus making this 'coming soon' argument even less believable.

I take this as a good sign that NWBO is putting their name out there, but nothing more than a good sign.

On a side note, I've been here reading these boards less than 2 months and the same guy that aggressively pushed NWBO presentation at SNO is the one who started this 'coming soon' campaign.

Once the ad is out, it does not matter what you and Dave think. What matters is the content of the ad.

1. Company Name printed on distribution material.
2. “Other name” for “DCVax-l” is defined in NWBO’s phase three trial as “DCVax,” and is therefore a product.
3. DCvax is printed on the distribution material
4. The method of action is on the bag, explaining it is a technology for personalized immunotherapy.
5. The company wrote the ad.
6. The company selected the ad location and format.
7. The ad was distributed to hundreds of specialists.
8. The ad was distributed at the largest annual neurooncology conference.
9. The ad provides internet locations to their website, OTC status and where to get more information.

You're pretty much the only poster I give any credibility to here. Honest, well balanced posts all the time. Not based on hype and wishing thinking, but sound logic and facts. Love your work! Keep it coming! I pick it up!

As far as I've seen, there is no relevant clock for a "coming soon" campaign other than "soon", which is vague. It is just basically a safe harbor for product relevant promotional materials.

You are correct that it is not referencing GBM or Cancer or Tumors, but they can't reference those in a "Coming soon" campaign anyway, and it does not go as specific as DCVax-L, but DCVax-L is a product of the platform. It may not be specific even to DCVax-L. It's not that it is going to be approved in 6 months in my opinion, but that they chose to reference the technology on the bag, and I do not believe past bags had this reference before, but regardless, referencing more than the company name is basically a departure and promotion of the technology. The use of the trademark and the additional words do seem to me, just my opinion, to be a "coming soon" like promotion.

I think they are allowed to make this promotion, I make no suggestion that it means an immediate approval is pending. It does, at least to me, suggest it is "coming soon", whatever that means at a specific level. I think they truly believe 1) the TLD data will lead to an approvable product; and 2) that, as Les said on the Big Biz show prior to data lock, they intend to proceed with approvals on an expedited schedule.

I do not think they are in any way saying anything unexpected, it's just that sentiment got so sour on the promotion that they would be presenting, that Dr. Liau would have a big, triumphal presentation that would be celebrated by all of her attending UCLA colleagues, that got people upset, even though the company never said anything like that and it was just people on social media and some of us pointed out that that seemed unlikely.

But in my opinion, the bags seem a strongly positive statement of firm belief, and not without potential consequences, and that makes it all the more meaningful to me. The leadership is well informed, I am sure, and I am sure they ran that by the appropriate counsels for approval. Knowing how things are done, it would be inconceivable to me that they would just have some person on the internet design such a bag and would send it of to SNO for distribution. That would be unlikely in my personal opinion, given how clearly regulated these matters are, and the potential consequences.

Good post. When a made up timeframe gets floated around these boards, and then missed we end up losing value in share price.

It’s coming, it’s all coming and it’s going to be amazing for patients, science, shareholders and the company.
