I believe that’s what it was under the old standards, the new descriptor of “expert market” is different than the old one of being moved down to the greys. I’m not sure though, these rules are much different now than what they were.

I do not believe the lack of MM's on the bid and ask premarket means anything these days. I see it on many stocks.

I found this interesting on one of my other stocks, for comparison to PMPG's info that says they have only unsolicited bids and asks.

That is a whole new ball game of Info I have never seen before.

Also OTC is now showing actual 2 week history of short data, the likes of which I have not seen before.
