It is my understanding that after you come of the gray's, you need to get a market maker to make a market in your stock again and have 30 days to get this accomplished or you go gray again. If you notice, there are no markets makers, no bid or ask, prior to market open every morning.

I'm not sure of the exact day they came off the gray's but it scares the heck out of me that the people running the show here are unsure of what is going on. I sure hope they have a securities attorney dealing with this or we won't be pink current very long.
