Just reviewed the SAB this afternoon and again I am amazed at the top notch physicians and scientists involved with this trial. Add these folks to Dr Liau and Dr Ashkan (what a great endorsement Dr A gave at ASCO about 2-3 yrs ago). Here’s a link to the Scientific Advisory Board:

The extension to 11/30 is not anything of significance as I understand. The reason it's stated that way is because of the policy that was put in place that all executives need to give 60 days notice in order to exercise their warrants; and since this 10-Q is as of 9/31, 11/30 would be the earliest date that these can be exercised as noted in the 10-Q:

For reference:

(1) Approximately 239.3 million options are not exercisable until at least November 30, 2021.

The entire breadcrumb trail is ridiculous when you simply consider how many people would have to be on to such great tld by now. The stock would be flying for a long while now...

Unless those "In the know" understand it's always only been about compassionate use. Rago alluded to that recently.

Say, why do you think the German authorities seem to be harassing a tiny broke biotech trying to save brain cancer patients? Another half a million extortion. What ever became of all those headlines about DCVAX Germany full steam ahead?

And, what's up with this endless "Blocker letter"? Seems like a way for warrant holders to control their trading game without LP LG messing it up. At this point NWBO must hold some kind of a Wall St. record for "Most warrant extensions". It's as if there's only a certain amount of volume to support all their selling of hundreds of millions of shares so make up an extension story.

I wish they had included Shareholders of Record count.

I think we all know this game continues at least until April 2022 as they continue conversions. Toucan's Advent should be on her way by then.
