A couple of interesting points in 10Q.

Management warrants suspension extended to November 30 or longer.

Loan extensions done in October for a 2-4 month period (Dec-Feb).

They are obviously still expecting to have news shortly. Now we have no access as to what makes them comfortable about this new timeline, but they do and they are hoping to have news shortly. That is obviously only their hope and expectation and not a definite timeline. I do think that they are as frustrated as we are in regard to the time this is taking. Let's hope that this time, their expectations are right and that we get the article published, preceded by the TLD Statement.
Though nothing mentioned with certainty, I am happy with the short term outlook.

It has been my opinion that those who have been talking about SNO are not listening to the company and they are setting themselves up for a major disappointment.
