Correct. This is what I've been concerned about. IMPL is a group of Bulgarian politicians - some with storied pasts and presents. Some with highly controversial histories and views that won't be broadly accepted by folks on the street. Any association with these types is an obvious liability - and what makes part of the ENZC story classically OTC.
