In regards to item 5 -

I felt that further separation from any Bulgarian involvement, political or otherwise, was the right course of action. It appears that they're getting pulled into it more, with the possibility of more Savov type scenarios.

I hope $ENZC knows what they're doing and this is just the cost of cleaning up the Savov mess.
