Actually, he doesn't need to worry about Delaware, as the judge herself doubts her judicial authority in the matter. The injunctive effort failed, therefore allowing Savov's clan to transfer the shares - if they wish. Unless something has happened in the past few days that I don't know about, *legally* the shares are his for the taking and there's no current remedy to stop him from doing this.
I really don't think it's a big deal if he does get them - from the basis of the shares being gone. There are so many stinkin' shares outstanding that his alleged chunk is kinda insignificant in the grand scheme. What's far more toxic is that there's people of his ilk with the power to damage the company at the flick of a few keys. Of greater concern is that there's no telling how many Bulgarian sleeze-bag skeletons are out there - past and current, with potential to boil over in a similar, ongoing fashion.
