Savov - more thoughts:

Looks to me like Savov has taken shares of ENZC he is not entitled to and ENZC is trying to get them back with their Delaware claim - protecting us shareholders.

And, they are pursuing criminal charges in Bulgaria

Savov claims to want 2 million Euros, but to my knowledge, there is no document that he invested anything. How do people justify believing self serving lies?

Where is the public filing reviewed by the OTC and other professionals? Where is the DD? Where are the breadcrumbs? If there was a study in Bulgaria on ITV-1, where is it published?

Looks to me like ENZC (and previously Harry and IMMB) are the victims. Why would a victim settle?

Charles and Harry have stood firm not caving to threats and attempts at extortion. There wil be no settlement in my opinion. ENZC and IMMB are all in. The only thing Savov can do is to interfere with the ENZC business plan and make comments scaring shareholders. No leverage.
