Ask yourself why the wealthy and savvy Mexican company, VPN, would do business with GTEM, and plan on deploying Hotzone throughout Mexico, if their lawyers thought the SEC had anything significant on GTEM?

Squirt, exactly. As I recall from similar situations, the SEC perse does not put out any news regarding conclusions of their investigations. The Company releases a NR about the investigation. I'm feeling that NR will be imminent. Perhaps as soon as Friday. I'm purly speculating. docS
